'Dear VVans,
Thanks to Ganesh for his excellent initiative in organizing Sangama, which gave all of us the opportunity to meet our old friends once again after a long gap of many years. Similarly, on that day of July 27th, 2008, a group of us from the 1979 (A) batch re-united after a period of 29 years. This reunion was both enthralling as well as exhilarating for each one of us who reconnected on that wonderful day. The experience of re-bonding also provided an impetus to realize the desire in our hearts to serve the society, a cause which in itself will nurture our friendship.
Within this commitment was born “SNEHA SAMPADA” and along with that the friendship/bonding among us and our families has been getting better with every passing day.
“SNEHA SAMPADA” is now a registered association under the Karnataka Societies Act of 1960, with our office located at #164, AGB Colony 2nd Stage, Mahalakshmipuram, Bangalore: 560086
We have under taken a project since last year to support the educational needs of children of convicts, by working with another NGO. It has been a very fulfilling experience for all of us and we certainly are proud alumni of VVS.

We have had the pleasure of attending a few meetings and get-togethers of Sneha Sampada, and we felt that they are doing a geat job, much in the lines of what we expected when the thought of VVans first occured.

ಗತ ವರುಷಗಳ ಸಿಹಿಗನಸುಗಳ ಸವಿನೆನಪಿನಾಳದಿಂದ,
ಬಾಲ್ಯದೊಡನಾಟದ ಆತ್ಮೀಯ ಆ ಕ್ಷಣಗಳಿಂದ,
ಮತ್ತೆ ಮರಳಿದ ಗೆಳೆಯರ ಮಧುರ ಮಿಲನವೇ,
ಈ ನಮ್ಮ ಸ್ನೇಹಸಂಪದ!
ತಾರೆಗಳನ್ನೆಣಿಸಿ ಸಂಭ್ರಮಿಸಿದ ಮುಗ್ಧತೆಯ ಆ ಲೋಕದಿಂದ,
ಹೊರನಡೆದು ಹೊಕ್ಕ, ಭಾವನೆಗಳನ್ನರಿಯದ ಯಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಜೀವನದಿಂದ,
ಹೊರಬಂದು, ನೀಲಿ ಬಾನಿನಲಿ ಗರಿಗೆದರಿ ಗುಂಪಾಗಿ ಹಾರುವ ಹಕ್ಕಿಗಳ ಬಳಗವೇ,
ಈ ನಮ್ಮ ಸ್ನೇಹಸಂಪದ!
ಮಿತವೆಚ್ಚದ, ಮಧ್ಯಮವರ್ಗದ ಆ ಬದುಕಿನಿಂದ,
ಮುನ್ನಡೆದು, ಹಣ, ಅಂತಸ್ತು, ಅಧಿಕಾರ, ಯಶಸ್ಸಿನ ಬೆನ್ಹತ್ತಿ, ಬಸವಳಿದನುಭವದಿಂದ,
ತಿರುಗೊಮ್ಮೆ ನೋಡಿ, ಇಲ್ಲದವರಿಗೆ ಕೈ ನೀಡಿ, ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುವ ಸದವಕಾಶವೇ,
ಈ ನಮ್ಮ ಸ್ನೇಹಸಂಪದ!
ಮಕ್ಕಳಾಗಿ ಜೊತೆಗೂಡಿ, ಓದಿ ಆಟವಾಡಿದ ಬಾಲ್ಯ ಜಗತ್ತಿನಿಂದ,
ಬೆಳೆದು ಯೌವ್ವನ ಹೊಕ್ಕು, ಆನಂದಿಸಿ, ಅನುಭವಿಸಿದ ಗೃಹಸ್ಥಾಶ್ರಮದಿಂದ,
ಮರಳಿ ಮಡದಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳೊಡಗೂಡಿ, ಬಾಲ್ಯಸ್ನೇಹಕ್ಕೆ ಬಾಂಧವ್ಯ ಬೆಸೆಯುವ ಬಯಕೆಯೇ,
